The Challenge

East Africa's history is rich, but much of it risks being forgotten or lost. Key historical figures and cultural narratives remain undocumented, under-documented, or inaccessible to the wider public.

  • Independent filmmakers face financial challenges in producing long-form documentaries with historical depth.
